Cody Davis was raised in the oil and gas producing region around Elk City, Oklahoma. A third generation oilman, Davis has fond memories as a youngster visiting well sights across Oklahoma with his grandfathers. His love for the oil and gas industry was generated through family influence, and resulted in Davis becoming an oil and gas executive approximately a decade ago. During that time, Davis has been instrumental in developing three successful exploration companies responsible for drilling, completing, and producing oil and natural gas wells across a multitude of states.
Davis currently resides in McKinney, Texas where his extracurricular activities include involvement with CEO based mentoring and personal development organization. When he is not searching for his next business venture he enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing, boating, and hunting.

Specializing in identifying opportunities and raising capital, Jeff Novak successfully creates mixed-used lifestyle communities, integrating urban living and lifestyle experiences with hospitality, upscale retail, and high-end rental properties. Novak is a former NFL lineman who after retiring from professional sports became a real estate entrepreneur. He ran a real estate marketing and sales agency before starting Novak in 2008.
During the past 15 years, Novak has developed more than approximately $400 million dollars in real estate. Currently, Novak and its affiliates own real estate assets with an estimated value of over $200 million, those assets include residential developments, multi-family, retail, office, and hotels. Novak has an estimated real estate project pipeline or under construction totaling $300 million.

Allen Gilmer is a highly respected leader in the energy sector, bringing over two decades of entrepreneurial acumen and strategic insight that have profoundly shaped the oil and gas industry. As the co-founder of Drillinginfo (now Enverus), Gilmer was instrumental in transforming the company into a global powerhouse for energy data and analytics. Under his visionary leadership, Enverus redefined industry standards and set the benchmark for innovation in energy intelligence and investment.
Gilmer’s expertise extends beyond business leadership—he holds several patents in multi-component seismology, underscoring his deep technical knowledge and contributions to geoscience.
In addition to his impact on the energy industry, Gilmer has spent the past six years expanding into film production. He co-founded Tiki Tane Pictures with his wife, Riki Rushing, combining creative storytelling with entrepreneurial flair.
Gilmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Rice University and a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Tony Boselli brings a wealth of leadership, discipline, and strategic insight to Rivery Capital’s Advisory Board, drawn from an accomplished career that spans professional sports, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. A Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and former All-Pro offensive tackle, Tony’s legacy as a leader both on and off the field is well established.
Following his NFL career with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tony transitioned into business and broadcasting, building successful ventures in healthcare and real estate while serving as a respected analyst for national sports media outlets. His entrepreneurial pursuits have equipped him with deep operational and financial knowledge, along with a strong network across industries.
In addition to his business interests, Tony is deeply committed to community impact through his work with the Boselli Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth achieve personal and academic success.
Tony’s diverse experience in performance-driven environments, organizational leadership, and investment strategy adds a unique perspective to Rivery Capital’s mission of guiding growth-oriented businesses toward long-term value creation.
Tyler Post is a Partner at Ridge and Senior Vice President of Operations across Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse, Rivery Capital, and Ridge Oil and Gas, where he leads day-to-day operations spanning asset transactions, capital deployment, and energy investment.

A sales and marketing executive for the past 28 years, Joy McVean is an accomplished entrepreneur and management executive with achievements in sales, operations, and organizational development, and has proven capabilities in both public and privately held companies.
With extensive expertise in real estate marketing, McVean was hired in 2017 by Novak Brothers as Director of Marketing and later took over Sales and Marketing for Novak’s award-winning Texas Brownstones™ division. In 2021, McVean was named President for Novak Brothers’ Residential Division and was recently appointed as Vice President of Operations for Novak Commercial Development. McVean now resides in Plano, Texas, and holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer for Rivery Capital and its affiliate companies.
Mr. Kiefer has over 18 years of Oil & Gas Accounting/Finance experience including roles at Nexen Petroleum, Denbury Resources, Vine Oil & Gas, and Rover Operating. Mr. Kiefer most recently served as the CFO at Rover Operating from mid- 2021 through mid -2024 before joining Ridge. His experience includes investor/bank relations, A&D, budgeting/forecasting, treasury management, and GAAP accounting. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Austin College and obtained his MBA (focus in Accounting) from Dallas Baptist University.
Mr. Kiefer lives in the Dallas area with his wife and three children. Adam enjoys playing sports with his children, taking family trips, and playing poker.
